Today was the day for full medical disclosure for the final four. Where do they stand?
Barack Obama –Obama checks out medically with the exception of his difficulty in quiting smoking. At this point he seem seems to be sticking to his Nicorette.
John McCain –McCain released medical information (over 1000 pages worth) last May but has refused to let his doctors clarify anything since. Hey, he is 72-year-old cancer survivor; what more do you need to know?
Joe Biden – Biden got a clean bill of health. He is so healthy I expect to see him competing in the next Olympics.
Sarah Palin – Palin refuses to give up her medical records. Must be some weird Alaska Moose-and-Foot disease she doesn’t want anyone to know about.
Sounds like the Republicans might have somethings to hide.

I wonder why it is that democrats want us to discriminate against the old, but not on basis of race. Watch out. Obama’s first act in office may be a peice of legislation he likes to call “Soylent Green”.
I definitely think we should take age into consideration when electing the next President of the Unites States! If he kills over from natural causes and Palin becomes the next head of state, we only have ourselves to blame for voting him in. Plus, I don’t really think race will inhibit a president from fulfilling presidential duties.

Because some female issues are sensitive, I can see why a woman wouldn’t want her medical records released. I wouldn’t want anyone looking at my wife’s records.

With McCain’s report over 1000 pages I am going to guess he went well past the “sensitive” issue as well. I have to say I think “health” and “ability” are fair disclosures…female or not.
On Obama…Nicorette costs more than cigarettes..if he chews iton the campaign trail to avoid smoking, can he use campaign contributions t purchase it?
On McCain- 1000 pages??? Good God….I’m about 1/3 his age and have less than 10% of that….with 0 pages over the last 8 years! Most of it was the mandatory checkups for school, athletics and the military!
Are you sure Biden’s report didn’t mention the lingering side affects from all the teeth whitening product he must use? Maybe he’s addicted to Crest White Strips!?!?!
Hmmmmmm, could it be that Miss High & Mighty PRO-lifer maybe, might have, sort of had, an abortion in her past? OR worse yet………….actually used birth control prescribed by her doctor?

cancer, yeah we need to know. Rectal bleed 20 years ago just seems a bit of a stretch. If it goes to overall ability perform the job sure. But lets not get out of control.
Well, we don’t need to know how old Mrs. Palin was when she had her first period or how many breast exams she has had or if she has ever used an IUD. I would find that sort of information creepy to know about my Vice President.
How about we just get a doctor to certify that she is fit to do the job?

Nothing major, everyone keeps it to themselves. Only if it is something life threatening (or runs the risk of getting in the way of doing the job) should it be reported to the public.
